The usb c wire itself is strong, but the connector on the earphone is flimsy. Didn't drop, didn't pull. The connector just got loose from normal use and now there are more problems than good from these headphones. They work through the application, you need to take a picture of the head and ears, and it will not work the first time. The application must be installed both on the phone and on the computer, otherwise there is no sense from all the fashionable modes of these headphones. And the modes here are good and the software gives a very good sound. But this requires measurement from the application on the phone, software on the computer and a permanent connection to the Internet and creative sxfi services. The volume control wheel, at least on my headphones, cannot be used. The sound immediately changes at 50% volume, there is no smoothness in principle. I almost went deaf and eventually stopped using the volume control wheel on the headphones in principle. Short wires, especially 3.5 jack. With 3.5 wire, all the chips of these ears disappear, but there is an option.
