Strong hold in medical supplies

My puppy has a non-healing wound on his leg. Any other bandages I put on she could chew or remove completely. This product has a very durable velor. Once I put this bandage around her leg to cover the wound, it will stay in place even if she tries to tug on it. The wound is finally starting to heal because she can't reach it. Very happy with this product.

Ideal for large dogs.

This item is ideal for large dogs (100+ pounds). My older dog developed a "leak" caused by anxiety. We bandaged his leg regularly to help it heal. Because the leg wrap is long enough to stretch well over an area (often up the leg), he was less likely to start a new job. My only complaint is that there isn't a cotton section that can be used as a reusable gauze. While you can add your own gauze pads, we thought a breathable cotton pattern would work best as we wash the sheeting regularly.

The only protective bandage Tessa can't take off!

This cape is perfect when your dog is trying to take everything off like mine. She usually removes any bandages or protective film. She tried it but gave up after 5 minutes of trying and it stayed up all night. I wouldn't say it's really stretchy, I don't think it should be as the wrap is long enough to elongate the leg. I would recommend buying extra gauze though, small squares are hard to keep in place while wrapping the leg. But overall great!

Longer than you think

Part of me wants to rate it higher and part of me wants to rate it lower. We ordered a small one for our Pomeranian which has caused him several wounds on his leg but when trying to wrap it around his leg the bandage quickly became unwieldy and no matter how breathable the package was after several wraps due to the length of the wrapping fabric was no longer breathable and was not comfortable for our little guy. His leg got so hot and uncomfortable that he tried to take it off a few minutes…

Dog with lick granuloma

Buy this if your dog has lick granuloma and you are trying to figure out how to get him to stop licking it. I've tried everything from a cone that gave him a fungal infection in both ears, a leg bandage that wrapped around his shoulder, ointments, new skin, everything and my dog chews a lot and wouldn't leave anything including that bandage, but we let him stay at it for quite a while until he finally stopped licking it. It took us a year to find this article. Granted we went through about 4 of

I wanted it to work so badly. :-(

I have a 10 year old Border Collie/Lab Cross who has had skin problems all his life, experts say, due to a weakened immune system. Paws and we have tried everything in the world (holistic and normal) It seems to be a seasonal illness although the itch season seems to last longer and get stronger with age.Anyways the best we've had. This is an all natural DermaPaw ointment (safe and soothing) but he licks them off when we leave his feet bare.. So we wanted something more permanent. Companionship,
