Beautifully and neatly packaged! Arrived great and as described. I've never seen a double-walled glass bowl, but I thought so. ❤️

I bought this to make my morning tea and I love that I can see the layer of foam I get from the buttering. This glass/bowl is easy to clean although I don't put it in the dishwasher often but you can.

I use insulated glass cups for tea. It works the same for soups. Never use a metal spoon! You will break them very quickly. Use plastic spoons or bamboo spoons if you want to be down to earth and whimsical. Revain sells all kinds of bamboo spoons, forks, knives and more.

Overall, this is a good bowl. The size is perfect for matcha, soup, appetizers and more. Compared to Bodum or other brands I would rate this an 8 out of 10. There are a few quality control issues (there are a few blemishes around the lips) but it's a solid bowl, it looks beautiful and I'm happy with it.

It was great until it broke. It was beautiful and worked great. However, one morning (maybe a month after I bought it) I poured hot water into it and it just broke. It was outside the return date so just a loss I guess. Too bad, I was very happy with it before, but I'm uncomfortable drinking from a glass that breaks spontaneously.

I use this to really appreciate the color of my matcha whisk! I love how smooth the bowl is. The lip makes it perfect for sipping (and/or slurping) matcha! The size is just right for hitting with a regular sized chasen (matcha whisk) Usucha style. The only downside to my bowl is that there is a hole in the bottom of the jar for water to seep through. As a result, part of the water / condensate gets between the glass layers. I tried to shake it off but without much success. Overall this is a…
