Unreliable Well Plates for Labs

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I have come to the conclusion that Heathrow Scientific's well plates are an unreliable piece of lab furniture. The plastic material is prone to cracking and breaking, leading to wasted time and resources for scientists. While they are affordable, the risk of contamination should outweigh any cost savings. .

Pros
  • Affordable
Cons
  • Prone to cracking & breaking

High-Quality and Efficient Lab Wells

My analysis of this polypropylene product showed that it's perfect for chemical and biological analysis. i appreciate its sturdy construction and ability to withstand high temperatures and chemicals, ensuring my experiments run smoothly. The wells are also easy to clean and sterilize, making my work easier .However they could be a bit more spacious for conducting large-scale experiments; but for regular use, they`re ideal. Overall, it's a top-quality lab furniture for those who value efficiency

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting material made of polypropylene.
Cons
  • The material used for the wells is not as heat-resistant as some other plastics, which could be a concern in certain laboratory settings.

It also works as an ammo dryer!

I needed a rack for drying copper cartridges after cleaning in an ultrasonic bath. We found them and they worked fantastic. Now I do NOT kiln dry my brass to get them to fit me. I doubt they will hold up even in a relatively cool oven (let's say 175F).

Pros
  • Has stamped indexing, ribbed handles and drain holes
Cons
  • unreliable
