Pictures don't match the ad, cheap Kryptonite knockoff

Chain and lock thickness I'm ad does not match the pictures. I'd hoped for the best that the thickness matched the ad but was disappointed. In tandem I ordered a Kryptonite chain and lock and having a side by side there is no comparison. The kryptonite is way beyond superior. Well worth the money. Do yourself a favor and buy kryptonite and not the cheap knockoffs.

Chain great! Lock not so much!

The lock is always hard to open with key. Waiting for key to break and I'll be in trouble. For the cost.the lock is very cheap

Bike was stolen with this product

Thieves were in and out of my parking garage in 9mins, stealing my motorcycle that was secured with this lock That's my review.

Pros
  • Just a beast of a chain in weight and it is impossible to penetrate! Keeps my Vespa safe anywhere!

  • Good security but lock is starting to rust and it can be difficult to lock

Leaving 3 because the lock broke

Chain is sturdy. Lock is probably not worth it. Not sure what happened but it seized and will need a locksmith to fix it. Thanks for attention!

Feeling of Security

I use the 5' chain to lock up my motorcyle to a rod iron fence. Chain is thick and heavy and like the covering. I haven't had problems with the lock. If the key is inserted far into the lock, it releases and locks fairly easily.

Good chain, cheap lock

The chain is awesome, super strong. The lock feels cheap and the key gets stuck while locking and unlocking. May not be compatible with certain types of gates or fences.

Hasn't failed me yet

I bought this in the fall of 2020 for my Rad Power bikes. I'm new to the bike scene and after doing research I knew I needed a fat chain with a heavy duty lock to deter people from trying to steal the bike but I didn't want to pay the price of big name lock companies for this length and thickness of chain. Today my bikes are still with me and I haven't had any issues. As far as I know no one has attempted to steal my bike, but I also attribute that to having these fat chains locking them up. My

Lock is a cheap broken plastic toy

The lock base is made of plastic and the keys keep spinning and not unlocking. The chain is super heavy, but seems great so far!

Bike Got Stolen for my opinion

Thief attempted to cut the chain and failed. However they moved to the lock and was able to cut through it with grinder/saw. This was a good lock to have and no one is able to clipper cut it but is by no means full proof. It is very heavy so only use when you don't have to carry the lock around with you!

Very heavy duty and needed for any bike parked outside in a sketchy area.

Product is exactly as described. Works great as I am a travel nurse and haul my bike everywhere. I ride it daily, but I also need it be there in the morning.Chain is HEAVY. With hexagon shaped links. You won’t be disappointed. Depending where I am parked at night, it locks to the trailer or my truck. And the u-shape lock wraps the frame perfect.

Lock did not work. best in my review

The chain is great. Very heavy duty. Hard to believe that the lock included is a complete pos.Could not get it to work w all 4 keys included.I’ll keep the chain and buy a real lock for it.
