I was hoping this would bolt directly to my existing exhaust in my 1987 22r 2wd. I was wrong. You need to make some major changes.

Should have bought a set of ceramic coated headers, the smoke from the paint fire was awful. There are no other complaints.

1986 Toyota 22r fits like a glove. NOT suitable for 22re due to missing lambda probe hole. Remove transport paint before use, otherwise it will burn. I plan to box this header, but you can paint it with high temperature paint.

The product looks exactly like the picture. The headers fit perfectly on my 1979 Toyota 20r pickup. The slag burns and smokes until gone, but nothing out of the ordinary. Headlines sound great for the engine. thumbs up from me

Good fit for my 1980 20r engine. The smoke from burnt paint was awful so do your first run outdoors. The included weld flange adapter is rubbish, no matter what I do with the bolts it gives off BAD exhaust fumes. Like my engine was running with just the header and nothing else. I cut off unnecessary parts and welded them to my standard pipe, works great.

Feels very good, bought to replace a set of damaged ebay headers. The included ball and socket are not very good but seem to fit well, no o-ring included so be sure to install beforehand. For those complaining about the weird burning of the paint, the instructions clearly state that the paint is for shipping only. to avoid rust, and that you must remove it before installation.

Do not use the manifold gasket supplied. Use metal. The ball seat still has a slight leak even after repeated readjustment and tightening. I would suggest buying one already cerakoted if you don't want it to rust. I have more money for this coated one than if I had bought the coated one from the start. Otherwise it sounds better than the original.
