HEM Palo Santo Incense Sticks: Pack of 6 - 120 Count - 301g | Natural Aromatherapy Fragrance Review

This is the second time I buy this incense stick. Because I liked it so much, I played through the whole package. The scent is very sweet and relaxing. The price is great and you get so much for the price. I even checked out Target and it's been my favorite so far.

This is NOT the palo santo I burned in kind for years. I contacted the seller after placing my order - my fault. I should have asked before ordering. The seller informed me that this is not the real Palo Santo. Just an approximation of the taste. It doesn't smell like Palo Santo at all. It's not offensive, but NOTHING smells like Holy Wood. I will not buy again.

This is an unscented Palo Santo incense stick. I bought it twice and each time the scent is different. The first time was a more pleasant, light, woody smell. The scent time was a very intense floral scent. I lit it anyway and was only able to leave it on for about 2 minutes. It was a WAY too strong an odor and I got hives. I left the box in my pantry and the whole pantry smelled really strong. I ended up throwing it away.

This incense has a wonderful scent and uplifting energy, but does not smell or feel like Palo Santo energy. I'm not sure if it even contains palo so I gave it a 3 for the smell. It's not good to be fooled. When someone familiar with Palo's unique flavor and pure energy places an order, this is exactly what they want and expect. Again, this incense is special in its own right and should have been sold for what it really is.

I only bought this because a previous order of another fragrance from HEM included a sample of their Palo Santo fragrance which was amazing, high quality, used one different wood in the middle (round, light wood. Like a thin skewer) and brown finish. What I got was a very cheap feel, weak pliable wood, and a black finish that smells like perfume, not Palo Santo. The rehearsal was amazing! Where do I actually buy this? What I have is worth nothing.

Very pleasant scent, smells like a perfumed version of Palo Santo. If you are used to burning palo santo in its natural form then the essence flavored version might not be for you as the scent of the essence is less palo santo than I thought. However, I feel his cues. I tried a sample of this palo santo and it was sold. I immediately bought the economy size. Real palo tree resin (my favorite) is insanely expensive and requires a disc to burn, so I save it for special occasions. Now I have over 120 sticks! This incense catches fire quickly and burns with pure red embers. The box has an Ikea-style image showing the incense stick (with a lit stick on it) to be placed next to the cracked window.
