The cover fits and works perfectly. You must install the cover and attach the cross bracket to the crank before screwing the cross bracket to the bleeder cap. I learned it the hard way.

Replaced the escape hatch on our 2007 toy dump truck. This unit arrived it was an exact replacement for what was originally installed by Carson. Easily replaceable and should eliminate leaks caused by cracks in the original.

Size is perfect, but the loop is a bit misplaced. This prevents it from closing tightly on the non-hinge side. I kept it the way I should have. I put in a thick piece of styrofoam insulation to make it a little better.

Not only the lid came which is probably my fault for not reading the list carefully but the lid was broken actually cracked. I've had other RV vents and was surprised at how fragile they are. You would think that for such a large coverage and such a price, it would be more durable and less fragile.

As already mentioned, there really is no other way. It fits, although the material is thinner, the sealing bar is mounted so poorly that it no longer seals without reinstalling it, the hinge barely slides into the flange. Also, it was noticed that the newly included aluminum rail is cut about 1mm longer. So if you try to put it back as is, the plastic cover will break. Fits my 2002 Northern Lite camper. Here the good news ends. I saw the arrival reports broken and realized that people were not careful enough. I went to install today and everything was fine until I noticed the corner was broken and the crack was moving. Now I have to stick tape on it until I find a replacement. That's about 50% the strength of the original, but I can't find any alternatives. Budget will probably replace every few years and will likely order 2 as one will most likely break…
