🔴 Light Mountain, Bright Red Hair Color, 4 Ounce Review

The product itself is great, mixes well, is easy to use and does the job. Colour. Well I'm not a fan. My light/med. brown hair fell out, like Carrot Top himself. =/ If you're looking for a hair color that makes you look like a redhead, bright red is for you. I love this henna hair color! It was my first time coloring my hair so I was nervous from start to finish. However, despite the clumping issues, it was relatively easy to apply and didn't irritate my very sensitive scalp. It came out a nice even red color (maybe it darkened eventually but the heat from my towel bothered me so I only left it on for an hour). *Note* If you have thin hair that isn't long (chin length), only do 1/3 to 1/2 the box so you don't waste a ton like me.

Works great and can be used over or under wrapped dye which is not available on most hennas. It feels clean and works fantastically, leaving you with radiant hair. I mixed the hair color with hibiscus, lemongrass and rose tea until it was as thick as fresh warm pudding. I also added some lemon, although it was probably a little tart with the lemongrass. I let it sit for about an hour and then, on someone's advice, I put the mixture in a plastic bag and cut a hole in one end to push it into my hair. The box arrived completely destroyed. On a difficulty scale of 1 to 10, the difficulty of preparing and applying this henna is about a 5/10. The result lasted only 2 weeks. I will not buy again. UPDATE: Within 3 weeks the henna was gone from my hair. I only wash my hair once a week. Has almost not changed the color of the hair. Still I won't buy again.
