Review on ๐Ÿ”ด Light Mountain, Bright Red Hair Color, 4 Ounce by Heidi Greenwood

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great color but there are factors to consider.

The first thing to realize when reading henna reviews is that everyone's experience with henna is different. I need to root this reality in your brain before you start getting your hopes up for color and then be disappointed when your hair doesn't get the same tone and intensity as people A, B or CI Light Mountain 5 stars give because I have used it several times and have never been disappointed, either by its quality or by the color it produced on my hair. It's also an inexpensive and physically safe way to dye your hair if you want to. It gave my hair length a noticeable conditioning effect and if I was planning to change my hair color further I would definitely consider using Light Mountain Henna. *It hasn't faded either, which can be either a good or bad thing depending on how you find its color on you* - so if you're new to henna, really take the plunge! I'll talk about that later. As for the bright red color on me: on dark neutral blonde hair, the color came out exactly as promised - it was bright red, intense and luminous (excellent IMO if that's what you're going to do). Luckily for my cool skin, the red was cool, not warm, so the color didn't wash my complexion (I'll try to post a photo if I find one so you can see what I'm talking about). around). Here I'm going to talk about henna and what I think about and/or want to think about before using it on myself, especially if I'm a natural blonde. Now that I'm growing my henna: For all blondes/blonde brunettes, firstly, I see that many of you (including me in the past) feel the need to change your hair color. because it is not "bright enough" or saturated "enough" in color. My point is that this is not true and most likely *positively* your natural color suits you best. Regardless of the color or shade of our skin and hair, *we* are all beautiful just the way we are. That's right, I mean it. and maybe it's because I've experienced a change in myself. For me, just changing hair color is a way of not fully accepting what it means to be myself, and I've even learned that with henna. Perhaps the mountain of light gave me wisdom? Ha ha. Not to get too philosophical. My final comment, based on my experience, is this: if you decide that you definitely want to use henna, first of all, remember that it is a GOAL. I can't stress this enough. If you don't like a color, you will be very disappointed to find that there is little you can do to make it stand out. Not really. Basically you have to grow it out or cut it off if you want to stay natural. I think it's an even bigger bummer for those of us with long hair tied in it because it takes so long to get that length back and no henna in your hair. Henna (*here's a hint, especially for light-haired people - from blondes to medium brunettes) leaves a fiery orange hue in the sun. It may sound pretty at first, but in my experience, rich (emphasis on rich - you will no longer have natural highlights) red-orange hair in the sun against my very cold eyes, brows and face. didn't look nice. I have to say it doesn't look pretty as I still paint mostly with henna. I personally don't recommend red henna for blonde brunettes with cool skin and eyes. I think you would look way better with your natural color and you could add some honey highlights to fill your need for variety in your hair. as "mild summer" - "you are not the sunshine, you are the inviting relief of the shade". You don't have to lighten your blonde or blush. But my review doesn't really matter in that sense. If you want henna, you will do it anyway! :D Thanks guys.
