I have a severe nickel allergy and purchased this hair dye after reading reviews saying it was purely herbal. I ended up in the ER with the worst allergic reaction of my life and had to have multiple steroid injections and it was still causing scaly, blistering and weeping scalp for a whole month and my hair has been falling out ever since. Amazing. I have thick dark brown hair and started graying before I was old enough to drive. I've been coloring my hair every 1-2 weeks for about 20 years. I'm probably 100% silver. A few months later I report that the color does not fade quickly and does not turn red like some other natural dyes. Doesn't dry out hair like other products. Ten minutes for my hair. This is after using hydrocortisone. After dying my hair, I left the bathroom to do something and looked in the mirror because my skin was burning. I called my husband to help me wash my hair. At that point I felt dizzy and nauseous. After applying the hydrocortisone and washing it off, I figured I should take a picture.
