I bought this water bowl for my house mice. They are too deep for small rodents. You can't fill the cup because it flows in the middle. It also rotates where it attaches to the suction cup, which is why my mice turned the cup over for the first hour in the aquarium.

I bought two sets and am very happy with them. I use them for my chameleons. I wish they had something besides or in addition to the suction cup so they can be easily mounted in the screen grille. However, they work great because I changed the suction cup.

Both shells had extremely sharp outside edges where the top and bottom meet. I had to cut off the sharp plastic with a office knife. The suction cups didn't stick at all, even after I wiped the side of the tank with alcohol and put a drop of water on the suction cup.

This was a great fodder panel... for a minute. I can't seem to get the suction cups to stick at all, which sucks because I chose them based on the locking mechanism the suction cup uses. Basically it now sits on top of the two piece cage (cup and suction cup) because it doesn't stick and I'm afraid it will drop my gecko on the floor. However, it's easy to clean, so that's a plus. If you can find another suction cup then I would recommend this one. But as it is I would say go to the next…

I have a baby crested gecko that I bought at the pet store (I know, I know) so she has never eaten kibble before and only eats crickets. I personally use these bowls for her mealworms and she loves them! She loves jumping over her fish tank to grab the bowl. My tree frog loved them too, but he's quite stocky and the first night I put this bowl in his tank along with some crickets and mealworms, I woke up to find that he had somehow managed to fill the bowl completely to break in half.
