Mandatory for cleaning cast iron

This scrubber drier set is a must! Cleaning cast iron pans just got a lot easier. Not to say I don't need to use elbow grease sometimes, but this kit does the trick. I use the small cloth that comes with the kit to reapply a light coat of oil after cleaning the pans. I liked mine so much I bought another one for a friend. They are very durable and keep their shape even after repeated use.

Simply squeeze out the soap and pop it in the dishwasher to clean the scrubbers.

I was looking at chain scrubbers for cleaning cast iron and decided on these or round chains. I chose this because I want to be able to get most of the scrubber in my hand to use it and the flat scrubbers would clench in my fist leaving little room to wash on the outside. The silicone stick tried to poke the hole so I used some smaller double rings to close it. Dishwashing Napkins Totally Awesome

This item is amazing. I haven't cleaned my cast iron skillet in over two years (I know I should be officially executed). That means I simply washed it with a light soap and sponge, then dried it and applied it that day. I received this product in the mail yesterday and went to town in my skillet that has been sitting for the past few days after cooking a hamburger helper in it.
