Hermitshell LDX120C 20V Li-Ion Cordless Power Tool Review

I've been looking for a good deal to buy a drill driver for a long time. The price is right and the driver works great. Used it about 3 times this weekend on the same charge. I'm glad I had it. More power and time saving compared to my regular Dewalt 1/2 inch cordless drill which is sometimes too bulky for some jobs and heavier for use on stairs.

Drill and battery fit. After several months of use, maybe 6 times, one end of the handle came loose. The handle is sewn on, barely visible. Another problem is the Velcro on the storage compartment in the "lid". It quickly becomes difficult to keep it closed, and any screwdrivers or drills stored inside lie scattered. I don't like messing things up, but whoever designed them didn't use them and whoever assembled them didn't take pride in their work.

So far I like this case. Big, compact, durable. And the Velco mesh keeper is a nice touch. I wouldn't say it's a hard case. But I would say it's solid and strong. I got 2, 1 for a drill and one for a hammer, each with a battery and charger, as well as a small case for drills and a couple of hammer adapters. I am more than happy with my purchase. Hoping for a long life from them. :D Can definitely recommend this product.
