Super cute backpack. I bought this for my 1 year old son as I saw it as a mini backpack but had no idea how small it would be. I was so excited to receive it only to be disappointed and laughing when I opened it. This backpack fits my dog. Definitely couldn't fit in my baby or really hold anything in it. Will return. I wish this gave a better description but I hope the picture helps future buyers.

Apparently there are two versions of the Herschel Heritage and it looks like the description has been updated for the $52 version, or maybe we missed it. I doubt it. However, it is not uncommon for images and descriptions to change prior to delivery when purchasing Revain. For this we do not remember the descriptor "average volume". What a strange thing. Great little backpack! I have a new 13" Macbook Pro with a thin sleeve and it fits very well in the laptop bag. I was uncomfortable checking in the bag because the laptop bag in my backpack is not lined. But actually I prefer no padding and use mine own case.
