Strong Reliable and Efficient

Arrived on time and as advertised - got the job of threading in a thick gallon pipe after an arctic blast with no problems - cut approx 8 pipes and the teeth have held up well - I have provided lube for those Threader teeth how I worked

The Council is like a machine; Use an adequate amount of cutting fluid. Don't overwater, but don't let it dry out either.

Excellent value for money. I've used 1", 3/4" and 1/2" cutters and they all worked well and cut clean threads. Lubricate the ratchet with chain lube or similar. Cut at medium speed with plenty of lube and reverse, to break thread chips every few turns or if you feel a sudden increase in cutting resistance Lubricate the cutting surfaces with oil during storage to keep the tools sharp and prevent rust.
