I have just received this product and no mosquito net was included. That was the main reason I ordered it. Will return it as soon as possible. Total waste of my time.

seems to be something old and fragile, part of it fell apart when we tried to install it, so we just took the gorilla glue and put it back together we ask us how long this product sat rotting on the shelf, don't think it will last long for us

The hardest part was getting to the second floor ceiling. Our old air vents fell off/broke during the storm and over time. The wasps have arrived, so it's time to fix or replace them. Can't find squares anywhere. They fit snugly in the vent and cover the old square vent nicely. I drilled and screwed and filled any open edges or gaps. Happy with the result.

This worked for my chicken coop application, but the thickness of the wall (wood paneling) didn't allow the little "fingers" on the back to unfold to hold it in place . I put some silicone glue under the flange and it seems to stay in place. The white cover is removed by gently prying it off, making installation easier. The plastic tube looks like it could be easily crushed, so do not tighten the clamp.

Works well as a fine mesh inlet filter for my ERV system that I have installed. I used this to prevent errors from appearing on my system. It's also easily removed by hand, but stays in place by rubbing three protruding plastic tabs. This was used on the Panasonic FV-10VEC1 for colder Illinois climates. to hide the aluminum tape. I bought it for my portable air conditioner. Like anyone who has tried to connect a portable air conditioner with a 5" vent, finding a fitting through a window is difficult. Don't worry about going to the store and trying out dryer vents, they won't fit. This vent requires a bit of plastic trimming, you will have to cut off the ears and the end, but the vent tube will fit in the end. Oh yeah I had to remove the screen because the back pressure kept blowing my circuit breaker out. But all in all

Okay you don't need them but instructions even a few photos can save me time. a quick guide in case there is an easier but not obvious way to install it or a way to get it wrong. The item itself is fine and good and the fins are quick and easy to adjust. But a warning! This is a one time deal, if you get it wrong the removal is a PITA. If I hadn't used this type of adjustment before, I might mess it up when dry fitting my setup. Luckily, I knew you didn't have to dry out that part of the system

This hood is pretty decent for the price. We wanted a cute look and a round shape for our chicken coop gable vents. Size and quality are great for this purpose.
