Ok but the sides are not square with 2 big edges

Well packaged and arrived undamaged. It is sanded smooth on 2 large outer surfaces and 6 edges. However, the edges are by no means anywhere near square for large edges.

Good price, sharp edges

Packaging ok, no rust. 90 degrees is close enough for my home use. I was able to file one edge so I could stand on it and be at a 90 degree angle to the two large edges. Razor sharp edges require chamfering, but still a good price.

Pros
  • A lot of positive emotions
Cons
  • Some cons

Manufacturing defects require clearance

Damage before packing and shipping. Some of these dents don't affect accuracy, but the ones on the corner definitely do. I don't expect perfection from a budget rectangular plate, but these dents were made before packaging and went into the box anyway.

Cons
  • Mostly OK, but...

Good value for my needs

I use this corner plate when assembling car boxes, not metalworking. It's perfect for my needs. I just screwed it onto a large piece of MDF big enough to support the drawer sides and the front and back. I add glue and pins to the joint and this holds the joint at the perfect 90 degree angle. This idea came to me after seeing Mitch Rudman's YouTube channel.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Not the best

Not even close to the picture.

I needed one like the one in the picture and they sent it to me. It's not at all like the picture they show and I can't even see how you could even enclose this thing as there isn't room on the sides next to the spacer on the back for a nut or bolt head. Now I have to try to order and get one as pictured and wait another week.

Pros
  • Durable surface
Cons
  • Transparency

Ideal for hand tools

Angle plate works great. The plate is surprisingly light for iron, it has to be light cast iron so I don't know how strong it will be. I wouldn't use it for something that could take a lot of impact like hitting it with a hammer or hitting it. I tested it with a machine square and it was correct. The slot spacing corresponds to the T-slots in my bridge port. Overall it works great for what I do with it.

Pros
  • Clamps
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Excellent corner plate at a good price

The surface finish on flat surfaces was good. Flatness and squareness were accurate (to within a few thousand) across the width of the panel. For the price I was afraid it might be a little different, but it was very good. The part looked like it was welded instead of a solid cast, but worked fine. My application worked with a tree and it worked great. Of course, processing to military standards can be a different story.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Fading

Well done, a little mistake to choose from.

Well made, accurate. Exactly 90 degrees at the limit of my measuring ability, the critical edges are flat, the trailing edges are very rough, no Chinese tone. Actually I have to sand the backs a bit to smooth them out for the clip. It's okay, the outside edges are important. Now that I know the quality is there I will be ordering the rest of the angle plates that I need. vertical mill base.) HHIP sent it quickly.

Pros
  • Angle clamp
Cons
  • Without automatic
