I ordered this hinge for our shower head but it does NOT rotate. I contacted the company at the email address provided in the instructions that came with it. No answer from them. I just wanted to know what we should do to help him repent. I will return this item if they don't respond.

This does not allow for adjustment during use. In order to obtain a watertight seal, the base must be screwed in so tightly that it practically freezes the movement of the ball joint. It's totally fine if you want to install it in one position and leave it there. In my case, I wanted to increase the range of motion of the shower head to make cleaning easier. Good

I had to unscrew the center piece because the fitting I needed for my Delta shower head was female to female. When I looked down, my fingers were covered in blood! Just because I was holding the piece I took out I used pliers to do the actual work. I didn't even feel it happen, the threads were like razor blades. The good thing is there are no leaks, but wear work gloves when handling.

Solved my problem, the pivot point on the shower head is too short, now it's only 2.5 cm, now my new head flies out the door onto the bathroom floor when I turn it on and kept banging on the shower door, which was leaking from the bottom and dripping onto the bathroom floor. This prompted me to search for an answer to this problem, which was solved with this angle adapter.

Normally I wouldn't write a review for something so simple. But when I got it I played around with it before installing it and noticed that it didn't spin. (1 star in same review) It works great and some resistance is to be expected as I have a heavy shower head like some. Point where you want the steam to go and it stays. The only thing I needed was duct tape which I have or can buy for a few bucks.

I agree with the review published on May 27, 2019. Good, tight ball joint for long-term trouble-free operation. A bit pricey for something claiming to be made in China but otherwise good value for money. Aside from the person who claimed to have received an empty box, I would like to reiterate that uninformed people who thought their opinions mattered left negative reviews for a great product.

Amazing and incredibly well made and packaged in a cute little box too. ball joint movement. It's very hard. I tried using tools to loosen the joint prior to installation and found: 1. It's easier to move the ball joint connector when it's installed (use the shower as a fulcrum; 2. I failed despite my strength; and 3. I scratched damn lil bugger ugh! (my idiot) did I say it was a spectacle? wow! lol anyways great lil addition thanks for a great product.
