I use headphones almost 24 hours a day. Most of them are uncomfortable, too fragile and not very well made. Hibernate buds are excellent in every way. Since my first purchase I have purchased two more Hibernates and abandoned six other brands in favor of this product. I have no hesitation in recommending these headphones.

I've used Maxrock sleeping pads before and really liked them, but they always broke. They appear to be a lot sturdier, but they are a bit larger and will require some adjustment in order to sleep comfortably on your side. I like that you can change the earplugs. All in all a very good purchase, let's hope they last!

I listen to audiobooks to fall asleep at night and have tried many different types of headphones over the years. They are the most comfortable I have ever used and the only ones that are soft enough and fit well enough that I can move from back to side without discomfort. The sound quality is good and the volume control seems to have nice gradations so I can adjust it depending on the reader's voice.

These headphones are very good for sleeping. They're soft enough so they don't irritate the ear - a problem I've had with other headphones - and the cord is strong enough to allow for a bit of tugging, too. So they are really ideal for sleeping. They also offer some passive isolation, although not much, but enough to muffle some noise (e.g. light snoring). Sound quality is mediocre at best, but that's probably to be expected from a pair of cheap headphones.

I bought these to replace a set I used for sleeping (for my sound machine) that died after a year of nightly use. They were a good price and I was willing to take a chance because my other favorites were out of stock. So I slept with them like a baby all night. They don't damage my ear canals. Comes with 3 sizes of comfort cones and I love the cord clip to attach to my pillow. Featured! I will be buying a few more pairs for travel and have spares on hand!

I've tried half a dozen different sleep headphones and these are the best. My bedroom. The series of noises and slurred words she produces is enough to keep me awake. The white noise app works well for blocking out those little noises for me, but other headbands with speakers, earbuds, and headphones just didn't work with my weird ears and big head. Aside from being irresistible to cats, they were very comfortable and perfect for my needs.

Hibermate headphones are for those who, like me, think hard earbuds just don't last. Regardless of the shape, they just fall out. Hibermate buds are soft, allowing them to keep growing. I prefer the smallest of the three sizes. My ears are just closed. Moistening the bud helps a little. This is a change from my original review. I went through 2 sets of these, the first only lasted 2 months before the right channel stopped working. I figured some wire must be broken and ordered another set. The second took 9 months until the right channel stopped working so I'm now buying another set again but definitely from a different manufacturer.
