HIC Turkish Melting Stainless Capacity Review

CAUTION! This item is not stainless steel, but aluminum. It will not work on an induction cooktop and the magnet will not stick to it. Revain was great and got my money back right away, but if you're looking for stainless steel look elsewhere.

I've had many different types of blowers, mostly electric, based on one base. Most of them were either too thick, too fizzy, or not thick enough. This simple handheld frother works great. And fast! I have to be careful not to pump more than 20 times otherwise it's too thick. Only took off one star because (obviously) it doesn't have a heating element and I wouldn't risk putting it on the stove to heat milk. But it works like a charm!

I need a milk frother that reliably froths thick froth. I tried two electric ones that were $40 and $65 each and they were poorly made and either didn't work at all or stopped working after two weeks. So I tried this little pot. The first time I used the pan I noticed a slight smell, but I put it back to work being done right in front of our apartment. However, this evening I boiled water twice for about 15 minutes and my wife and I noticed a terrible smell. We realized it came out of the pot. The plastic handle showed slight traces of melting. Decided to heat the next cup of Java milk first and then the froth. worked fine but not much foam. The first few times we tried this propellant after receiving it we were disappointed with its effectiveness. We tried cold milk, hot milk, poured half, poured a little; nothing worked well. After some trial and error, I finally found the problem: We downloaded too fast! A lot of the reviews I read said to download it "hard and fast". It's not like that at all! The best way I would describe pump speed would be "beat like butter". You intentionally want to pump at a steady pace, but not too fast.
