Hifonics TPS-A500.2 500W Peak THOR Series Class-D 2-Channel 2-Ohm Stable Powersports Amplifier. MARINE GRADE PROTECTION: Amplifiers are ABYC and ASTM certified which defines that marine amplifiers must use conformal coated PC boards to resist corrosion from salt spray & moisture. PRE-AMP CIRCUITRY: Low Noise Pre-Amplifier Stage Special preamplifier reduces incoming noise from source units dramatically improving sound quality. CLASS / TOPOLOGY: Full Range Class D Highly efficient circuit topology which helps the amplifer develop a lot of power in a very small heatsink. DIAGNOSTICS: Three-stage protection circuits Monitor thermal, overload, DC, and speaker short protection with lighted indicators on the amplifier end panel.

Big quality in a small package

I initially had some doubts about how this amp would work in my car, but after installing it I was completely satisfied with the sound of my stereo.

Good sound! best speakers

Only gave 3 stars because the amp arrived and didn't work after plugging everything in. I took another of the same amp, everything worked. Maybe the first one was defective. The second works and now the soundbar and subwoofer sound fantastic. I would still recommend this amp despite the issues with the first one.

Cheap Chinese junk, 2 different amps blew a channel in less than 1 hour

I bought one of these it's part of a jet ski project with a pair of Polk Audio Marine 6 1/2 and the amp doesn't work more , 1 channel expired in less than an hour of usage. I checked all the wiring, everything was ok, I found something weird, so I ordered a second one, and this time the same thing happened, the channel disappeared after half an hour, although the gain was only 2/3, and there was no none Distortion. so they didn't overtake. These amps are just cheap Chinese crap. I would suggest
