This product doesn't deserve a star but I had to leave a review! I received a plastic bag wrapped by Revain. It was ok but I spent at least an hour installing the pipe and it had a hole for a pin! At first I thought I did, but I picked up the phone again to look at her. Garbage. I should have read the reviews first. Don't waste your time and money. I think my 4 year olds are angrier than me.
