I love these shelves. We recently moved into a house that already had some, we had to remove, paint and reinstall them. The idea behind these shelves is so amazing, I love how easy it is to install. They only got three stars because I ordered three different ones and all three arrived broken. Returns are easy, returns are fast. I just wanted my shelves to be intact so they can be hung.

Good product and easy to install (but don't think you can insert the pins by hand - you'll need a light hammer). The packaging is disgusting - the original box was wrapped in bubble wrap and we didn't see the product was damaged. Even under Revain's policy, it was too late for a return as we only opened the package a few months after it was returned. One of the shelves was completely broken and had to be disposed of.

I really wanted to love this shelf. As I see in other reviews, this was not a tool-less install. I need another hammer. I was a little apprehensive about trying these devices based on some of the reviews but they worked great. It was very easy for me to install them. I put three over the toilet. It took about an hour (I did it myself). The only small issue is that the level that comes with the template seems to be a bit off on two shelves so I'd say double check your level with your own level just in case. Well there is no doubting the overall ease of installation. They give you a level and great instructions. And it looks great and feels sturdy. But LOL, if you can push the spiked teeth all the way into the drywall with your hands, you're the captain. America. I really needed a hammer. This shelf was damaged - the box it came in just fits on the shelf so the product is not protected. You should seriously consider shipping it in a larger box with packing material or foam to protect the shelf.
