when i received this coat i would give it 5 stars! After wearing it for two months while walking the dog in the evening, the zipper no longer worked. Went back for a replacement only to find "the return window was closed". Didn't know these were defective items. There is no way to contact the seller. I think you get what you pay for.

I love this coat. Excellent reflective strips. Warm but not intrusive. Size chart/fits perfectly. Only 1 complaint. Because the hood can be rolled into a pocket at the back of the collar, the hood is only attached to the jacket about 5 inches at the back. This makes the hood difficult to grab and put on, and it's easy to fall off if you don't drawstring it tight (which is pretty awkward if you have to watch). However, he is very satisfied.

Love the design of this grippy jacket. I'm not used to wearing a bomber jacket but I'm getting used to it, it's great for work and the price range is great. I bought this to replace my old high visor jacket which is five years old and now needs to be retired.
