Terrible Plastic Anchors for Drywall

These anchors are not strong enough to hold anything of substantial weight. As my tests showed, they easily broke when trying to insert screws. The packaging states they are for "Industrial and Scientific" use, however, I would not trust them for any serious applications.

Pros
  • Inexpensive
Cons
  • Weak and breaks easily

Poor product for the price

This item is a joke, don't waste your money, go to the hardware store and buy the right things. If you're not building a tiny Barbie dream house, these anchors will work for you. I wish I had a second pair of hands so I can put four thumbs down

Pros
  • This anchor set is ideal for attaching a variety of items to drywall and other surfaces where simple attachments are impractical.
Cons
  • Only available in white

Not self-drilling suitable for drywall anchors

Plastic anchors are not self-drilling. They require large pilot holes (more damage to the drywall). I tried drilling some new holes with different color and size anchors from the set but most of them broke. They must have holes large enough to insert the anchors by hand or the anchors will break. Other items look ok.

Pros
  • Molybdenum bolts Hollow wall anchors with pointed ends can only penetrate drywall with a hammer
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
