Beware of Low-Quality Screws!

As my tests showed, these screws are not up to par for industrial and scientific applications. The quality is subpar and the heads often strip, causing frustration and wasted time. On the positive side, they are affordable. However, I would not recommend these screws for any important projects.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting.
Cons
  • May strip easily if the screwdriver is not properly aligned.

Great product not what I bought

I gave this 5 stars because of price and quality but these are not the screws I bought, the picture shows the screw with all the threads, i used a half thread and a half straight shank.

Pros
  • Coarse thread Black phosphate screws
Cons
  • Requires socket

Semi-smooth, semi-wool

Perfect for my application of attaching deer skull mounts to boards. I couldn't ask better. Remember this is half lead thread and half smooth shank so you can adjust it to suit your needs. Will definitely buy again in the near future.

Pros
  • Phosphate coating to improve paint and dirt adhesion
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
