This plastic adhesive solved my doorstop problem! My analysis of this product showed that it allowed me to easily and securely attach a makeshift doorstop to my wall. The adhesive had a strong, permanent hold that didn't require any additional hardware or tools. However, since it is a one-time use product, I couldn't adjust its placement once it was stuck to the wall. Overall, I highly recommend this plastic adhesive for a quick and easy doorstop fix.

Just what I wanted for the back door that hits the wall on the stairs. This will solve this problem when the legs push out the lower shaft stop in the bottom wall. Thank you for the variety of solutions for different houses of different decades.

This doorstop comes with double-sided tape and you stick the doorstop directly to the wall. Unfortunately the tape is not strong enough. I bought 3 of these doorstops and 2 of them fell off the wall within 2 days of installing them. While I like the look and functionality, you should probably find another way to mount them to the wall.
