Nice stool but only lasted a year and a few months before the metal parts started to break. should be the perfect replacement. Very disappointed!

I wanted the stool to match a new dressing table that comes without a stool. While it's not fancy, and yes the top is vinyl, it's VERY durable. It's the right height for me and doesn't wobble at all. Wide enough for an adult. Easy assembly, very happy with the purchase!

I love this stool. It's just the right size for a desk in my tiny office. Putting it together was a nightmare and I'm no stranger to building. I recommend looking at the drawing and then using common sense rather than step-by-step instructions. Once I did that, assembly was pretty easy.

This stool is scrap. I bought it for $30 without the box because although I thought it was cute looking at the pictures, I really didn't want to pay $60. It's so cheaply made you have to bend your legs to even put it together, and it's all hollow metal. I do not recommend it and will not buy it again. In the end, my husband tightened everything in one fell swoop, but it still turned out to be crooked and wobbly. What happened to quality products?

More than "some assembly" required. One of the screws was missing and I had to search my house and ask others for help. The assembly took too long and sometimes I needed at least 3-4 hands. I liked the look of it when finished but was disappointed with the time it took me to put it together and then clean up the styrofoam mess. Be sure to consider assembling and then find the missing pieces. Sorry for my negativity.

What you see is what you get. It's actually very easy to put together everything that comes in the kit, even an allen wrench and some spare washers. However, there is no indication and the image showing how the vertical image does not show how the pieces fit together. No one will assemble this standing up as shown in the picture and it doesn't show how the supports are crossed and how the support ring is attached. If they flipped the picture it would be very easy. This is a nice stool that fits perfectly in our newly renovated bathroom. It's going to be great, but not without problems. The first stool we received had a scratch on the seat, was missing a washer and was uneven when assembled causing it to wobble on wood and tile surfaces.
