Good skirt for the money. It's a bit flimsy which is nice because it dries faster! The stitching on the sides makes it look a bit odd but I hope they smooth out after washing. This is exactly what I was looking for! UPDATE: I now notice that the material in the thigh area protrudes uncomfortably. My hips are big enough without them. I left it at home when we went on vacation. I found one I already had and took it.

PLUS size fits perfectly. I bought one in black and navy blue. And you can't beat the price for the quality. The belt is not particularly binding. Everyone's body is different and this may not work for everyone, but I think the quality of the item at this price point can't be beat. AND FREE RETURNS? What do you have to lose? They are also long enough to be worn as "mini skirts" rather than shorts in the summer.

I bought 2 sizes, one a little looser for just hanging out at the beach or lake and another more suitable for swimming. They fit well, aren't too tight in the middle, and are a good length without being too "matronic," as my mom would say. I would suggest ordering a size up if you have a "mommy bump" like mine. The skirt floats in the water, but I just tie it when I swim.

I'm 5'8, 175 pounds, big hips. I bought a size 14 based on the reviews. I usually wear 12/14. I was looking for a skirt or shorts that would extend past my chic hip area but not be too long so I would look like I just took an actual skirt and wore it to the pool. Received this swim skirt today. It came in a reusable zipped envelope. The fabric is a bit thin but dark enough not to be see through. The size is correct, I used the size grid as a guide. Very nicely sewn. Skirt length is very good, modest coverage, your butt is heavy. It's not too short and not too long. Height up to 4 inches above knee. I am very happy with my purchase and the price. I wish they had more colors to choose from.

Received today, tried immediately. I was nervous after reading reviews about a plus size woman in my 50's. I have a pear shape and bought a top online from another site to wear.
