I was looking for a skirt or shorts that reached my quirky thigh area but wasn't too long so I looked like I'd just taken an actual skirt and put it on.
I'm 5'8, 175 pounds, big hips. I bought a size 14 based on the reviews. I usually wear 12/14. I was looking for a skirt or shorts that would extend past my chic hip area but not be too long so I would look like I just took an actual skirt and wore it to the pool. It looks great on me and I liked the price.
