So disappointed. When I received it the switch was broken. It looks like something has squished it into itself because it was shifted at an angle.

I ordered a lamp that looked like the picture (abstraction like branches). What I got was a round piercing. Not at all what I wanted.

Nice but not as pictured. I order because what was shown looked like wood and that's what I wanted. Disappointed! The box was quite damaged. I had to recover a bit to give it away.

I bought this as a gift knowing my husband would love it. Didn't read any reviews before buying. I only gave it 3 stars because I was hoping to get the one in the photo, not realizing that the description says wood. I like it, the list was just misleading

I ordered an item from the listing that only had a photo of a charming bohemian style cylindrical salt lamp but received a square tree shaped salt lamp instead . I'll be back. I am sad because I really like the lamp pictured and I would like to get what I actually bought.

It's a lot prettier than I imagined even when it's not on. It was very easy to put stones around the lightbulb without damaging it. I've included photos with the lights off, in a subdued setting, and with the lights fully on. It's very nice whether it's on or off or where you place the dimmer.

I ordered two lamps and had to throw away and destroy both boxes and instruction papers as soon as they arrived because the boxes and instructions were covered with smelly, toxic mold. The pretty metal frame could be rubbed off and the salt seemed intact. Unfortunately I couldn't present them in a box.

We ordered this lamp. The first lamp had misplaced legs and stood unevenly on the counter. The frame of the second lamp is correct but the promotional images show the stones rising above the top of the frame. Our lantern has enough stones to fill it an inch below the top of the rim. We don't have enough stones. UPDATE: Contacted WBM support and sent photos. They responded immediately and sent us more additional stones to fill our light to capacity.
