🚀 Enhance Performance with HINSON Urethane C5 Corvette Transmission Mount: A Perfect Fit for C5 Z06 Corvette Review

The car feels a lot better when it's nailed down and shifting is very crisp with this gearbox mount and Hinson motor mounts installed. The only downside (if you don't mind) is the increased vibration in the cab, but that's to be expected with polyurethane mounts.

Installed with HINSON Motorsports motor mounts, this combo is the absolute best, easy to install (if you have the right tools) but they fit snugly and fixed my third gear to miss my shift. When driving, I feel more power backwards, all gears shift cleanly. I am glad that I bought this product.

As stated. The bracket is more rigid, you will feel stronger in the car. Slightly increased idle vibration due to the binding, but not critical at all. I also installed a Hinson transmission mount. Both mounts give a much stiffer feel than the original.

As advertised. Easy installation on a 1999 Corvette. The butt mount was made of rubber and was no longer durable. In first gear at low speed the car rolled as I slowly accelerated. The Hinson mount strengthens the drivetrain, eliminates wobble and shifts better. I also installed Hinson motor mounts that hold the motor securely.

The bolts on the first order were more than 1/8 inch off center and the threads were loosening from the bolts. The second attempt was worse than the first. The lugs are V-shaped, the top of the lugs are more than 1/8 inch off-center, and the bottom of the bracket is also not included in the chassis. Low quality. The manufacturer "never had this problem" twice. New GM transmission mount comes in.

Hinson Motorsports did it again! Installed these 3/8" drop motor mounts on my HCI C6 Z06. I wanted the motor mounts not to flex under hard acceleration (600 RWHP) and wanted some clearance from my MSD AF intake manifold to the hood as it was very close !These engine mounts exceeded my expectations overall for quality, ease of installation and finish.
