If you decide to buy this device, make sure to update the NVR yourself and install the latest phone app. This seems to have solved any latency and sync issues the phone app has with the stock NVR firmware. Terrible sound. Extremely poor night vision. The sound is patchy at best. 90% of the time, the cameras don't record sound unless someone is within 4 feet and yelling. I emphasize the scream.
