Confusing/misleading/deceptive marketing for this product. It turns out that in order to work with Alexa, you need to use the Roku skill, not the Hisense skill. It took several phone calls and triple technical support to come to this conclusion. Hisense support had no idea how to do this and kept referring me to Roku support, only to end up mentioning that Hisense's skills only apply to their non-Roku TVs. Edit: Hisense TV didn't turn on today. I have sounds when I press the remote control, the backlight is on, but there is no sound through HDMI. Tried other remote inputs (like Netflix), same thing. I unplugged the TV for a minute and after plugging it back in, the same problem. Considering the price, it's hard to complain about what you get with this 43 inch TV. It has a good picture, a small frame margin and is very light. hello is fast After installation, it turns on. and it can be used in about 2 seconds. Also, the Roku box has the best and fastest hardware in 4K TV models, so the user experience on this TV is also incredibly fast.
