Review on 📺 Hisense R6090G 43-Inch Roku 4K UHD Smart TV (43R6090G, 2020 Model) with Alexa Compatibility by Kirk Womack

Confusing/misleading/deceptive marketing for this product. It turns out that in order to work with Alexa, you need to use the Roku skill, not the Hisense skill. It took several phone calls and triple technical support to come to this conclusion. Hisense support had no idea how to do this and kept referring me to Roku support, only to end up mentioning that Hisense's skills only apply to their non-Roku TVs. Also, despite the second image provided, this product does not come with a voice remote control. by Revain describes that the voice remote control is one of the included items. When I bought the TV, the specification for this product on the Hisense website also stated that a voice remote was included (see image). However, this was later changed (see figure). Also, it looks like the straight-from-TV Bluetooth capabilities are only compatible with Roku speakers, not third-party headphones. Finally, the picture quality is not as good as the 2018 5 Series TCL Roku TV that I bought earlier.
