This item was meant to be for the dishwasher I have. The original ceiling was T-shaped. Fastens top, bottom, both sides and back. Insulation on top, sides and back. This item was solid and the error didn't even cover the entire top portion. Cut it in half so it covers the entire top of the sides. I bought an auxiliary heater and everything worked. The included universal knife has proven to be very practical.

Works very well for my oven but please take proper safety precautions as it will make you itch. I was itching despite wearing gloves while working with this so be careful. (updated 2 years) Even with high temperatures and direct contact with flame, this is a durable product. I haven't had any issues with all the usage I've been through so far. I can't recommend it, very good quality.

I'll give this one five stars for being like that, although I used it for another application that might not have been ideal. I've used it to repackage some racing mufflers as I felt the fiberglass packing would melt and/or break in my case. It's not an ideal muffler material as the fibers are fairly short and more prone to tailpipe rupture, but it has passed a number of tests.
