So maybe they should include the tool you need to remove that old rear wiper which is literally impossible to remove and causes more damage trying to remove it

The product is poorly made and definitely not GMC quality. I took a risk and got exactly what I paid for. The wiper doesn't stay on the glass for the entire movement, and I had to put a cap on the mounting nut because it kept flying off. All in all, I would never recommend it to car lovers who love details. I'll wait until spring and buy the right one from a GM dealer. I'll try to snap a picture soon and this is coming from a retired mechanic who knows better but is busy saving a buck.
