- That it's easy to use, gives options at your fingertips which makes life easier..you don'y really NEED anything else aside from just accessability ! lol :) And also it gets ridiculously fast feedback too!! Which means less time waiting around while not knowing whether something works with one person vs another;)

- This program offers so many different types or workouts if you want something specific there's always an option! Also, they offer free sessions as well before signing into your membership where we get our first session at no cost which i think helps out beginner users alot because its just easier then trying multiple times until getting used too certain routines/workout programs etc
