I used the product to make a t-shirt. Only general instructions were written on the paper sleeve and nothing special about this holographic vinyl. It cuts perfectly with holographic vinyl on my Cameo Silhouette 3. Weeding wasn't a problem. I wasn't sure what cooking level to use as the packaging didn't say anything.
