Looks great. However, without intensive use, it broke immediately. A few weeks later the handle of the spoon broke. glue or pour. I threw it away. I threw away a long-awaited useful addition to my kitchen that no longer exists. Very disappointed. My replacement will not be from this company and probably not from China either. and could not be returned. Thanks Revin

This is exactly what I was looking for. It is wide so that wooden spoons, ladles and other kitchen utensils easily fit inside. Yes, it's too big for a small metal spoon, but it's not what I need. It's solid, does its job, if I use it on the side I can put up to two kitchen utensils on it instead of one. It's ceramic. Came in one piece. Very easy to clean (but I don't put it in the dishwasher, it's easy enough to hand wash). Exactly what I wanted and it matches my new oiler.

I sent this back when I first received it because there was an unpolished (not black in my case, I chose black) on the underside of the handle portion. There was stain and I thought it was because it hadn't been fully polished. So I sent it back thinking it would be the right thing.
