I've been looking for a cheap fan for my large living room for almost 3 years. Installation was very easy for me and I love all the features of the remote reverse airflow and incremental speed control. Most other fans I've seen were 2-3 times more expensive with fewer features.

Bought the fan 7 months ago. The fan works great. lots of air Light is a different story. The first 2 months worked fine. Now it looks like lightning. I bought this model because I needed light. Checked all connections, not working. I will never buy anything with built-in LEDs.

Very good fan for the money. It's pretty easy to install. It looks great and blows out a decent amount of air that you can actually feel. No vibrations etc. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it makes a slight scratching noise with every revolution. Not sure where it might scratch, but you can hear it, though not too loud.

I am a general contractor and installed this fan on two of the last three screened decks I built. The latter was 16x24 and the airflow could be felt throughout the porch. A customer who didn't agree with my suggestion bought a fancy trefoil that you hardly felt even at high speed. You can't go wrong with this.

Very good fan but quality control needs to be better. The fan assembly scratched the bell cover on initial startup. I had to remove and disassemble the fan to determine what was scratching and then adjust the case accordingly. The fan works great and is very quiet at all speeds. I particularly like the feature where the fan changes speed to mimic natural wind changes.

Installed as soon as I received it. Connecting the remote was very easy, no problems. 30 minutes into work a terrible clatter of metal could be heard. I read the instructions said to give 48 hours to go. It didn't go away and got worse. It's all the time he's blowing air like a champ. Purchased Model # YG493OD-BN Brushed Nickel. 72 inches on Revain. One of the levers holding the blade to the fan broke in half. I called the manufacturer on 09/28/2020 for a replacement. The manufacturer rudely stated that they would not guarantee anything bought from Revain as it could be a private purchase as anyone can sell there. Although sold as new at original price this item was supplied in used condition. It looked like it came in the original packaging, but there were clear signs that this fan was already installed. The power wires were already twisted into nuts, and the remnants of electrical tape remained on them. A few small nuts were also missing. We bought a used house about 6 years ago and have made small improvements little by little.
