Purchased Model # YG493OD-BN Brushed Nickel. 72 inches on Revain. One of the levers holding the blade to the fan broke in half. I called the manufacturer on 09/28/2020 for a replacement. The manufacturer rudely stated that they would not guarantee anything bought from Revain as it could be a private purchase as anyone can sell there. Added that I had to buy from Home Depot if I needed warranty support. I asked them for help as a new part is needed. They said they wouldn't help since I bought from Revain.1. The Home Decorators Collection must guarantee their product2. The rudeness of the Home Decorators Collection staff will make me stop buying from them3. If you need help from the Home Decorators Collection, they say you should buy from Home Depot, not Revain (our family buys almost everything from Revain, by the way). See #2
