It has a dial but it has no numbers, no way of knowing temperature or starts somewhere in the middle no off and on That's my review!

It's the size! It's perfect for one, or two. I make egg white omelets/scrambles and fry eggs over-easy, in this but have also used it to cook vegetables, turkey burgers, ground small packages of turkey meat and fry sausages. It's amazing! I am tempted to try a "skillet" cake like the ones my mom used to make in her big, family size Sears & Robuck avocodo green electric skillet - that one came with a recipe book that had a recipe for pineapple upside cake. My mom made that a lot! I love the size

I sued this on a camping trip in my camper. I was really glad I had it when I ran out of propane! Works well and fits in my pan drawer.

I really like this pan for cooking 2 eggs. My only complaint is that the screw to put to nob on the lid is too long or there is a problem with the internal threads inside the lids. As a result the lid / nob is very loose.

Item is convenient, works well, takes up minimal space on counter. Handle requires a good bit of pressure to attach and instructions on "locking " device are not clear.
