Each mold holds 1/4 lb of chocolate

I couldn't find any reviews describing the volume of these molds. I tested them and 8 molds contained 2 pounds of chocolate. Each bar weighs 1/4 lb (varies from 0.23 to 0.25 lb depending on how concave or convex the filling was).

Works better than I expected

They totally meet my expectations. I haven't used them to make candy but have Ruu butter and flavored butter for easy tear off and the same size. The forms are very easy to use; Pour in the liquid, allow to set, peel slightly and remove the mold. By the way, I also plan to make sweets.

Works for toffee! in Candy Making Supplies

Made lots of batches of toffee today and the shapes are lovely! I was afraid they wouldn't stand up to the heat of toffee, but the silicone material held its shape and didn't stick to anything. I make them for my colleagues for Christmas and they make perfect gifts. They also break into squares easily and look gorgeous!

Great Candy Molds

I use these molds to make candy bars. They make big bars - one bar is enough for 3-4 servings. And they are very easy to clean by hand. They're too fragile for the dishwasher, but they're so easy to clean that using the dishwasher takes longer than cleaning by hand. It's tempting to get more so I can make larger batches of candy bars.

NOT 100% SILICONE - pinch test failed!

It's not 100% silicone. The pinch test failed. Drag and rotate the shape and a white color will appear, indicating the presence of fillers. It's garbage. If you pull hard and twist it and it keeps the color of the shape you have a clean product. After returning mine I was able to find the only company called Freshware that sells them, but they're quite expensive compared to these ($12 a mold), but worth it if you're trying to avoid using chemicals .

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • I'm concerned

Great shape and great price!

I love these shapes! I've made cannabis chocolates on parchment paper and it was awful - uneven thickness, had to be cut and the pieces/dosage were never the same. Recently my mother-in-law started eating low dose foods to help her sleep and she asked me to cook for her so I had to switch to a better method! These are the perfect little shapes. Each of them holds 100ml and has an account for 24 pieces. I pour in the chocolate, put it in the fridge for a couple of hours, and the tiles come out…

Sharp break edges, full instructions to use in my video

We really love these chocolate molds. After making chocolate "bars" on parchment paper for about a year without molding. They take our bars to a much more professional and sophisticated level! My video shows the molds, how we make chocolate bars from them and what kind of bars end up. Note that you can use these molds to make thinner candy bars without just filling them. I personally like a slightly thinner bar and we have since done so for one of the following batches of chocolate. Great as a…

Much easier than decorative molds

I have used many silicone molds in fancy shapes, but seahorse tails often break, owls often get a broken face, and lotus flowers, chocolates were too big to be bitten off, and others Shapes they are sometimes stubborn. As a rule, I managed to circumvent the mentioned obstacles in one way or another. Squares seemed the most reliable and easiest to me, but cleaning each small cubic indentation takes a lot of time. But THESE FORMS SWING. They are the easiest to clean, the most reliable in terms of

Great for keto diets!

I recently went on a keto diet and have been able to eliminate bread and other heavy carbs. But I really missed my chocolate! Chocolate is allowed on keto, but no sugar — and even the 95% cacao bars I've eaten have some sugar in them. So I decided to make my own and these shapes made it a breeze. I just melted the Organic 100% Cocoa Baking Bar at my Wilton Patisserie along with some Cocoa Butter and Liquid Monk Fruit, and voila! Ideal. The molds are pretty flexible so I place them on a baking…
