Very disappointing - not very hot and a slight vibration rather than a massage. I bought mine on sale at a warehouse for only $29.99 and am returning it to this day.

This thing is advertised as having soothing heat, but the heat is barely noticeable even on the highest setting. I really couldn't tell it was on. Vibrations are more annoying than soothing and not very comfortable. Don't calm down. It's not worth it for any purpose I can think of.

What I like about this product is that I can watch TV or read the newspaper while it's massaging. I'm glad my hands are free, unlike massagers that require you to hold them with your hands. It just wraps around your shoulders and does its job. Although it doesn't knead, it has 3 levels of vibration and heat if desired. I will use it after work watching TV or reading.
