My husband bought this because I am disabled and was afraid to use the small folding plastic steps, they never seemed strong enough to me. This thing is amazing, I feel safe using it to get in and out of the side door of his work trailer. I'm not worried about falling with this one.

Perfect for our camper. When we level our RV, the step length becomes too large, making it more manageable for us and our pets. I love that it folds up and stores under the RV sofa when not in use, and it's durable to support heavy weights. I also like that the stepping surface is big so no one steps off.

I still had a foldable step that I used to store things in the trunk on top of the car when traveling. It was plastic and had to carry 450 pounds. Not as advertised. but overall still a fairly adjustable level. My main issue is that the addon clearly states that the stage is aluminum with an aluminum deck. NO. While the leveling feet are aluminum, the deck is clearly thin-walled rectangular steel tubing (fails the magnet test). Also note that while the legs are adjustable, they're harder to adjust than one might hope. I ordered this stool to be used with a teardrop trailer that does not have a step. It's wide and sturdy and I love that it has a handle and adjustable feet. I'm only 5ft 1m tall but it was an issue with the height adjustment. My only complaint so far is how difficult it was to press both buttons on the legs and move them to the next positions. It appears sturdy but some of the welds are reminiscent of old port freight scrap. I'm pretty sure some welds don't even penetrate the aluminum.
