I was very happy with this product but it broke after a month. I cleaned my countertop and put it down (without clapping) and it cracked! Very upset as I was really happy with this product. It doesn't feel as solid as it should considering it looks like a marble material.

I had one 15-20 years ago. It was great and I missed it when it finally broke. This one from Revain is exactly the same as mine. Heavy and durable, easy to use. I can't say much more about that. If you have white and gray marble decor in your kitchen, this is perfect.

don't buy this paper towel holder. I repeat, DO NOT BUY this paper holder. THAT is a waste of money. It's shaky. Don't let the view spoil you. The screw doesn't hold the shaft well so everything is ready to fall. Revain, you should be ashamed to let this be sold on Revain.

I ordered this when the previous order was discontinued. We love this holder. The marble is beautiful, it's nice and heavy, and the pole is a solid piece making it very durable. The felt on the bottom is a nice touch too. buying another to replace the one in our main house.

Poorly designed junk, no washer for the bolt when mounting the stem to the base, the threads on the stem came out the first time. And the super glue didn't help to set the threads in place. Not sure if the rod stays secure or won't wobble after careful use. I'll go back if I can't find marble glue to put the two pieces together. Don't waste money.

This was a gift for my niece who has moved. She LOVES it :) The first one came broken but got a replacement EXTREMELY FAST! The broken one actually worked despite being broken in half. They sent a new one with no problems and so quickly. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Love it, works fantastic and is exactly what she wanted. I mentioned how quickly the replacement came. I have to say it again as this is not always the case.
