I used to use the charger (USB) that came with my Arlo cameras but it stopped charging so I was thrilled when I saw the dual charger, into which you plugged the battery directly. I gave this unit a 4 star rating when I first bought it, but it's now been a few weeks and I've had to give it a much lower rating. My battery was empty very quickly, it was charged for two days and it is still not charged.

I had an original Arlo dual battery charger that was really unreliable. I often had to take the batteries out and put them back in. This charger is amazing. It's faster, more reliable, and shows charging progress. (Compared to the regular LEDs on the original Arlo charger.) I highly recommend this device. I can't comment on long-term reliability as I've only had it for a few months.

Bought to charge the batteries for my 2 Arlo Pro 2 cameras. When I first tried it I couldn't get it to work. The LED screen only flickered when I put batteries in/not charging. I found that the AC to USB power adapter I was using (which does not come with the unit) was rated for 1A and it wasn't. not enough for this charger. If someone is completely annoyed with Arlo and an incomparable charger, notice and then not charge any batteries. this is your solution. Not only have I not encountered these issues, but instead of changing batteries, it was charging batteries I was about to throw away because the Arlo cameras would refuse to charge them, and giving me this frustrating charger incompatibility notification in my Arlo app gave.
