could be easily attached with a longer stem

As others have said the threaded stem is too short. My countertop should have worked because it's about 1" deep, but it was still 1/8" too short so I couldn't attach the pipe. This is a stupid problem. This can easily be corrected by lengthening the rod. In addition, the height of the spout above the counter is not sufficient. As a result, water will drip onto the counter as his arc is insufficient to clear the counter. Basically, you need to install a custom countertop to match the product.

Warranty Policy N/A

This is my second faucet. The first lasted several years before the dropper appeared. Bought a second unit which only lasted a few months before a permanent drop developed. The faucet is out of service, so replacing it is the only option. There's a five-year warranty, but I can't find the manufacturer's website to claim the warranty. Customer service eventually contacted me and sent me replacement parts that could be installed by the customer. Special tools and presses are required to install…

You will need a 1/4 " swivel nut. Confusing instructions.

Pros: - Inexpensive - Looks OK - The faucet rotates and has two ways to use the lever (a quick press after down or a constant push while pushing the lever up). The Bad: - The instructions were wrong and confusing. The order of the pucks doesn't make any sense. I had to look at the product photos and come up with my own solution because the Instructions are unnecessarily complicated. Just show me the picture and label the parts and I know what to do. Unfortunately there is a picture but it…

Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Not recommended for installation through a hard surface but likely suitable for use with a cut out or tile in a pre-drilled sink. I will return it for two reasons. First, it installs into a hard-surface countertop, not through a hole in the sink. It doesn't slide out far enough to be used with anything in the sink, like a pot of water for pasta or a plastic water tank for a one-cup coffeemaker. This creates the need to use a coffee cup or similar container for filling, decanting and repeating…
